Good to know.
Is the app really free?
Yes. HealthWear is free on the App Store and Google Play. There are no monthly fees for the band or the app.
How accurate are the values?
ZERO measures with an optical sensor on the underside. The values are wellness values for your everyday life and training, not clinical measurements. ZERO is not a medical device and does not replace a visit to your doctor.
Do I need a subscription?
No. You pay once and use the band and the app with no monthly fees. No membership, no minimum term, nothing to cancel.
How long does the battery last?
According to the manufacturer, up to 15 days on standby (125 mAh). In everyday use it depends on which measurements you use and how often you sync. You charge it with the included magnetic cable.
Can I shower or swim with it?
ZERO is splash-resistant: rain and hand-washing are no problem. It is not suitable for swimming. Please take it off for showering, bathing and the sauna.
Does it work with iPhone and Android?
Yes, with Android 5.0 and iOS 15 or later. You connect the band via Bluetooth to the free HealthWear app, available on the App Store and Google Play.
How does shipping work?
Shipping to the US is free and takes 3 to 10 days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days. You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. Email us at info@practs.de and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
ZERO also comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects (Terms §6).
Can I wear it with my watch?
Yes. ZERO has no screen, so you can wear it on your other wrist, next to your watch, or on its own.
Are there reviews?
